As a UX Design Manager, I am in charge of helping the growth of 6 individual design contributors (4 interaction designers, and 2 visual designers), growing/pushing the design process, and product strategy for products regarding anything eCommerce or Acquisition & Support related. When our UX Research manager went on paternity leave, I stepped in the help lead research throughout the company.

eCommerce Products

  • HN Power / HN MyClub

    Distributor & Nutrition Club business management tool containing a point-of-sale system and customer-facing kiosk.

  • MyHerbalife (Shop)

    This is the primary area where distributors buy inventory from Herbalife that is kept on hand.

  • MyHerbalife (Receipts)

    This is the tool used by distributors to document off-line transactions.

  • Herbalife Point-of-Sale

    This is the mobile platform that allows distributors to purchase inventory kept on-hand.

  • iKiosk

    This is the tool used to pick up inventory from our distribution centers.

  • Charitable Contributions

    This helped increase donations to our Herbalife Nutrition Foundation from customers and distributors.

  • GoHerbalife

    The distributor’s personalized websites that are used to sell to their customers.

  • Engage

    The customer-facing native app that allows customers to connect with nutrition clubs or independent distributors.

Acquisition & Support Products

  • Online Reinstatement

    We enhanced the experience when a preferred customer or distributor’s membership expires and how they can renew it while creating a new order.

  • Online self-service

    We digitized actions that were handled manually through our call centers. Some of the actions were: legal name change, adding a spouse, resigning from the company, etc.

  • Refunds & returns

    We simplified the product return process so distributors could easily return products.
